On Thursday we were back in our baking club in Spanish! This week's recipe was a simple but very yummy Swedish recipe: Kladdkaka. We got this recipe from our teacher Carina. She is the best kladdkaka baker in the World!! :-)
Pastel de Chocolate
3-4 tbsp cacao
1,5 dl flour
1,5 tsp vanilla sugar
3 dl sugar
1krm salt
2 eggs
100g melted butter
Stir everything together respecting this exactly order of the ingredients. Then it should be for 30 minutes in 175 C . Don't forget to preheat the oven. :-)
