BAKING CLUB IN FRENCH: BANANA OAT MUFFINS


  1. Ingredients:
  2. Note: Frozen bananas must be thawed!

    • 7 mL baking powder
    • Pinch salt
    • 1 egg
    • 2 smashed bananas
    • ⅓ cup butter, melted
    • 300 mL flour
    • 300 mL oats
    • ⅔ cup sugar
    • 5 mL baking soda


      Method
      1. Preheat oven to 190C.
      2. Smash banana in a small bowl. And one egg
      3. Combine salt, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, flour and oats in a different large bowl.
      4. And the wet ingredients to the dry (into the large bowl)
      5. Put batter into cupcake papers.
      1. Bake 20-25 minutes.
