- Ingredients:
- Note: Frozen bananas must be thawed!
- 7 mL baking powder
- Pinch salt
- 1 egg
- 2 smashed bananas
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- 300 mL flour
- 300 mL oats
- ⅔ cup sugar
- 5 mL baking soda
Method- Preheat oven to 190C.
- Smash banana in a small bowl. And one egg
- Combine salt, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, flour and oats in a different large bowl.
- And the wet ingredients to the dry (into the large bowl)
- Put batter into cupcake papers.
- Bake 20-25 minutes.
- Lactose and milk free variants were made too!
