Baking Club

Last Baking Club celebrated International chocolate muffin day!


To recreate these delicious tiny cakes you will need:

  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 75g cocoa
  • 16 g baking powder
  • 450 mL milk
  • 35g vegetable oil
  • 5 mL vanilla powder
Then you will need the supervision of an adult to preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl
In a different bowl beat the milk and oil together
Then add the oil and milk mixture to the large bowl, combining the wet and dry.
Pour the mixture equally into cupcake tins and bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of a cupcake comes out clean. This should take around 20-30 minutes.
