Gluten free chocolate muffins!
250g beurre (250g butter)
250g sucre (250g sugar)
250g de farine sans gluten (250g gluten free flour)
4 oeufs (4 eggs)
1 cuillerée à soupe de vanille sucre (1 tablespoon vanilla sugar)
3 cuillerée à soupe de poudre de cacoa (3 tablespoon of cocoa powder)
Preheat the oven to 190C(Gas 5/375F). Line the petit gâteau étain (cupcake tins) with cupcake cases.
Place the buerre and sucre into a bol (bowl). Whisk until pale and fluffy.
Add the oeuf(s) one at a time, Add a little flour after each one.
When combined add the vanille sucre and the poudre de cacoa, stir until combined.
Divide up into the cupcake cases, Bake for 20 minutes until golden and risen.
