BAKIN CLUB IN FRENCH: VANILLA COOKIES



Vanilla cookies
Ingredients:

6 cuillerée à soupe beurre (6 tablespoons  butter)
½ cup sucre (½ cup sugar)
1 oeuf (1 egg)
½ cuillère à café de vanille (½ teaspoon vanilla)
1 ¾ de tasse de farine (1 ¾ cup flour)
Pinch sel (a pinch salt)
Raisins optionnel (raisins if desired)
Jam optionnel (if desired)

  1. Mix beurre and sucre together in a bowl.
  2. Add un ouef and vanilla to bowl.
  3. Mix in flour and salt to mixture.
  4. Roll into teaspoon sized balls and push a raisin on to the top. Or as an option, make thumb prints into unbaked cookies and add a small amount of jam into hollow. Place onto cookie tray.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180° C.
