This last Monday was a day for us teachers and Fritids to have lessons as well. :-) We received here Annette Harmark. She is the mother of 2 of our kids at school and she is also a Raw Food specialist.
She provided us an amazing Raw Food course that really surprised us and let us really curious for more lessons.
Anette has her own website and blog that you can follow as well. Many people don't know much about Raw food, like us before the course :-) and we can say that it was an amazing experience and very inspiring.

Raw food is growing day by day. With Anette we got to take all our doubts away and learn more about it and enjoy it as well.

I'm going to share with you my favourite Raw food recipe among all the 7 recipes we've done on Monday with Anette!
Ingredienser:
2 dl cashewnötter
2 dl mandel
3/4 dl raw kakaopulver
3/4 dl raw kakaonibs
200 g eller ca 18 dadlar urkärnade
½ tsk vaniljpulver
en nypa salt
Gör så här:
Kör cashewnötter och mandlar till ett fint pulver i matberedaren. Tillsätt övriga ingredienser och kör tills allt blandat sig och blir som en deg. Smaka av. Vill du ha mer kakaosmak så tillsätt det och håller inte degen ihop kan du tillsätta någon mer dadel.
Tips!
Är du allergisk mot nötter eller mandel så kan du göra dessa på pumpakärnor och solrosfrön.
Rulla dem i det du gillar. Jag själv älskar lakrits, men du kan rulla i kokosflingor eller sweet kakaonibs.
